Asparagus Wagyu roll


Ingredients:
Wagyu  7-8 thin slices
Asparagus 7-8 pcs
Garlic salt  ~2tsp
Sugar, salt  optional

Steps:
1. The length of asparagus should be cut to approximately the width of Wagyu slices.
2. Season the Wagyu with garlic salt, leave it for about 15 mins.
3. Heat the pan, shallow fry the asparagus with some sugar and salt to mostly done.
4. Roll the Wagyu slice to each of the asparagus, secure the roll with a short toothpick.
5. Put all the Wagyu rolls into the pan again, shallow fry for another 5 mins.
6. Remove the toothpicks for a better presentation.
7. If you want some sauce, you can heat some Japanese soy sauce till it becomes thick, pour it onto the  
    rolls.


Fried udon with Japanese eel


Ingredients  (for 3-4 persons):
Frozen udon    3-4packs
Japanese eel   1
Eggs   3
Cabbage  just a bit and cut into thin slices
Japanese soy sauce  ~2 tbsp
Pepper  optional

Steps:
1. Cook the frozen udon in boiling water, follow the cooking time as instructed in the package. Drain the extra water.
2. Gently fry the egg into flat surface, cut it into thin slices.
3. Heat the pan, stir fry the cabbage, add some sugar and salt.
4. Add the udon and stir fry together, then add the soy sauce, egg and eel, stir fry till golden brown.
5. Spread some pepper for better taste.

Red Chili Mantis Shrimp


It's definitely a great choice of easy home made seafood in gatherings!

Ingredients:
Mantis shrimp 1catty
Garlic 2 tbsp
Red chili 2 (cut into small pieces)
Huai salt  as desired

Steps:
1. Wash and drain the water from mantis shrimps.
2. Heat the 1/4 pan/ wok of oil, fry the mantis shrimps for ~1minute or till turning red, then put the shrimps on the plate.
3. Heat the pan/wok with oil, this time add the garlic and red chili till they release the strong smell of chili, then put back the shrimps and fry together until all shrimps turn completely red.
4. At last, spread Huai salt all over the shrimps. Done!

Bread Pudding


Bread pudding is an easy making dessert. Surely you can handle it without any difficulty even you don't usually cook. And what's more, kids must love it!

Ingredients:
Bread  2-3 slices
Milk 150ml
Sugar 40g
Whipping cream 150ml
Vanilla extract/oil 1tsp
Egg 150g (~one medium size egg)
Cinnamon  as desired
Raisins  as desired


Steps:
1. Briefly tear slices of bread into 4-5 pieces into a container.
2. Put all the above ingredients into the container, let the bread be completely soaked with the mixture.
3. Preheat the oven, bake the pudding at 160*C for 15-20 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
